Cat stressball.Free pattern.

CAT STRESSBALL.

These little cats are very simple to make.
 Good project for beginners.You can use any yarn and any colour.



ABBREVIATIONS

  • mr, sc n =  magic ring - crochet n single crochet stitches in to adjustable loop
  • sc = single crochet stitch
  • inc =crochet two single crochet stitches in the same stitch
  • dec = crochet two single crochet stitches together using invisible decrease method
  • (sc 4, inc) x n = repeat the pattern between parentheses n time
  • (sc 4, inc) x 6 (36) = number of stitches in a round after finishing round

HEAD & BODY.
1.mr,sc 6
2.inc x 6 (12)
3.(sc, inc) x 6 (18)
4.(sc 2, inc) x 6 (24)
5.(sc 3, inc) x 6 (30)
6.(sc 4, inc) x 6 (36)
7.(sc 5, inc) x 6 (42)
8.(sc 6, inc) x 6 (48)
9.(sc 7,inc) x 6 (54)
10.-23.sc in each stitch (14 rounds)
Start stuffing the body.
24.(sc 7, dec) x 6 (48)
25.(sc 6, dec) x 6 (42)

Cut the yarn,pick up all remaining stitches and close the opening.
If you using safety eyes,attach them between rows 10 and 11.

TAIL.

4.-6. sc in each stitch (3 rounds).
Start stuffing the tail.
7.-12. dec x 1 in every round
13.-20.sc in each stitch (12)
Cut the yarn leaving a long yarn tail for sewing.
